Volunteer Run Camp Final Roster Upload Form

Please upload your roster for each session of camp after the last day of camp. This form must be submitted by September 15^th at the very latest. All rosters must include all adults and youth at camp. The adult portion must include full legal name, camp name, registration checked, background check status, mandated reporter status, address, and role at camp. The youth need to have at a minimum full legal name, unit assigned, guardian information, emergency contact information, age, grade, registered Girl Scout status (if applicable).
