Volunteer Run Camp Pre-Camp Roster Upload Form

Please upload your roster for each session of camp at least 2 weeks prior to your first day of camp. If there are any adds to camp please resubmit this form with your latest roster. All rosters must include all adults and youth at camp. The adult portion must include full legal name, camp name, registration checked, background check status, mandated reporter status, address, e-mail, phone number and role at camp. The youth need to have at a minimum full legal name, unit assigned, guardian information, emergency contact information, age, grade, and registered Girl Scout status (if applicable).
