Video commerical announcements are due the 2nd Wednesday of every month by 4:00 p.m. (i.e. if the event is in July, the announcement should be submitted no later than the second Wednesday in June)

Announcements to be included in The View, on social media, and on batesmemorial.com are due each Wednesday by 12:00 p.m.

If necessary, announcements will be edited, due to limited space and time restraints.
