IMPORTANT REGISTRATION & PROGRAM DETAILS
Please read the following information carefully as it will answer many of your questions about Honolulu Theatre for Youth’s Primary Players Program.
Attendance Policy: Due to the nature of working in a theatre ensemble, it is key that students attend class and arrive on time. If you know prior to class your child is going to be late or absent, please notify us (staff contact information will be provided in your Welcome Letter). Please note that if your child misses the second to last day of class (Saturday, April 18, 2020) , your child may not be able to participate in the performance on the final day.
Registration Information: All registration forms are processed on a first come, first served basis. Please register early as space is limited. Registered students will receive a confirmation email as soon as their enrollment form has been processed. All registration forms and tuition fees must be completed by January 2, 2020.
Tuition: Tuition for Primary Players is $300. Payment must be made online or by mail to secure your child's place in the program.
Multi-Child Discount: A $50 discount is offered for each registering student with a sibling that also registers. Tuition for each sibling will be $250 (e.g., the total for two siblings registering together will be $500).
Refund Policy: Full refunds will be given if cancellation is received by January 2, 2020. Full refunds (less a $100 processing fee) will be given until the first day of the program, January 11, 2020. No refunds will be given after the first class. Students withdrawing after the first day of the program will receive tuition credit toward other HTY programs. No refund or tuition credit will be given after the second day of the program.
