VIRTUAL PROGRAM GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS
Please read and initial the following information as this section will answer many of your questions about our virtual program.
 
SCHEDULE
• Ten consecutive Saturdays:
      - Jan 16, 23, 30
      - Feb 6, 13, 20, 27
      - March 6, 13, 20
• 9-10:30 AM
• The Zoom meeting will open at 8:45 AM each Saturday to allow students to get settled.

• A Zoom link will be sent via email prior to each Saturday class. The latest Zoom desktop client is recommended.
• We strongly encourage students to use headphones during the class.
• If your child(ren) face any difficulties, please alert us as soon as possible so we can best support them during class time.

ATTENDANCE
Consistent attendance helps your child benefit most from this program. While we understand that unplanned things come up, we ask that you please let us know in advance whenever possible if your child(ren) might miss one of our 10 sessions.

STUDENT BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS (PLEASE REVIEW WITH YOUR CHILD BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS)
Please provide a quiet corner to encourage your child(ren) to participate with full focus and to minimize distractions.
 
We also ask that your child(ren):
• Be visually present throughout all classes. We discourage playing with video backgrounds, turning video on and off or leaving the session, even for short periods.
• Practice kindness, helping to create an atmosphere of trust, support and collaboration. We strive to make sure that every child feels valued and safe.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
I authorize and give full consent to HTY to copyright and publish any photographs and/or video recordings in which the above name student appears while participating in this program. I understand that HTY may use these photographs and/or video recordings for any and all promotional and educational materials related to HTY, and agree with their use for that purpose. (No images will be sold or used for non-HTY purposes.)

We plan to record each class in the hopes of creating a ‘highlights’ video demonstrating what happened over the course of the Spring program.

AUTHORIZATION *

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
All registration forms are processed on a first come, first served basis. Please register and pay early as space is limited. Registered students will receive a confirmation email as soon as their enrollment form has been processed. Payment must be made to secure your child(ren)’s place in the program.

TUITION:
$175 per child.

REFUND POLICY:
Full refunds will be given until the first day of the program, January 16, 2021. No refunds will be given after the first class. Students withdrawing after the first day of the program will receive tuition credit toward other HTY programs. No refund or tuition credit will be given after the second day of the program.
