If you are boarding 2 or more pets and one of your pets is "dominant" or is "food aggressive" your pets must board in separate rooms. When reserving online you will need to select 2 rooms.
If your pet is aggressive toward or fearful of people, they must board in a run where they can be properly cared for without risk to our dedicated employees. When reserving online you will need to select a run for your pet.

The Fine Print

I hereby grant permission to Kathy's Pampered Paws and its employees to act in my behalf, and in my pet's best interest, by obtaining veterinary care at my expense, if deemed necessary, for illness or injury. I understand Kathy's will attempt to contact me prior to obtaining care, but will do what is best for my pet in the event that they cannot contact me. That being said - I further agree to pay for all veterinary and other necessary services incurred by and for my pet during its stay at Kathy's Pampered Paws and I authorize my credit card to be charged for all obtained care.

I agree to pay all charges on the agreed and scheduled date. I agree to pay all costs for any property damage or personal injury caused by my pet during their stay at Kathy's Pampered Paws and understand and agree that my credit card will be charged as needed to keep my bill current. I understand that my pet may not leave the premises until all charges are paid in full.

I understand that any animal left for five (5) days beyond the agreed date of pick-up will be classified as an abandoned guest.

I agree that there are inherent risks in sending my pet to any pet activity center and that, If agreed upon, my pet will be in a group play activity with other pets. I accept the risks such as illness or injury, because they are outweighed by the benefits. I understand that Kathy’s requires all pets to be current on vaccinations and I understand that even when a pet's vaccines are current and verified - pets may possibly pass an illness to one another. If I notice my pet sick prior to boarding, I will not bring my pet to board, as it could potentially contaminate the playgroup and environment.

Kathy's Pampered Paws agrees to exercise all due and reasonable care to prevent injury or illness to my pet. However, in the event of illness or injury, Kathy's Pampered Paws, the owners and employees shall not be held liable for such injury or illness. I waive all claims or actions against Kathy's Pampered Paws, relating to the care, control, health, and/or safety of my dog(s) arising while my dog(s) is in their care.

Booking and Deposit Information

Kathy's requires a credit card on file in case of an emergency and/or for billing purposes for all of our customers. Please bring your credit card for your first visit as new customers must pre-pay for their pet's first boarding visit.

Your card will be kept securely on file and will not be charged until you drop off your pet.

**If this reservation is for a holiday - a $50 deposit per room will be charged to your credit card. Fourteen (14) days notice is required to cancel a holiday reservation or your deposit will be forfeited. **
