No other advaced notice or registration is required .

The following current, up to date vaccinations are required:

Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, & Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccine.

Your pet should also be on a flea/tick preventative.

The Fine Print

I hereby grant permission to Kathy's Pampered Paws and its employees to act in my behalf, and in my pet's best interest, by obtaining veterinary care at my expense, if deemed necessary, for illness or injury. I understand Kathy's will attempt to contact me prior to obtaining care, but will do what is best for my pet in the event that they cannot contact me. That being said - I further agree to pay for all veterinary and other necessary services incurred by and for my pet during its stay at Kathy's Pampered Paws and I authorize my credit card to be charged for all obtained care.

I agree to pay all charges on the agreed and scheduled date. I agree to pay all costs for any property damage or personal injury caused by my pet during their stay at Kathy's Pampered Paws and understand and agree that my credit card will be charged as needed to keep my bill current. I understand that my pet may not leave the premises until all charges are paid in full.

I understand that any animal left for five (5) days beyond the agreed date of pick-up will be classified as an abandoned guest.

Kathy's Pampered Paws agrees to exercise all due and reasonable care to prevent injury or illness to my pet. However, in the event of illness or injury, Kathy's Pampered Paws, the owners and employees shall not be held liable for such injury or illness. I waive all claims or actions against Kathy's Pampered Paws, relating to the care, control, health, and/or safety of my dog(s) arising while my dog(s) is in their care.

I agree that there are inherent risks in sending my dog to any dog activity center and that, If agreed upon, my dog will be in a group play activity with other pets. I accept the risks such as illness or injury, because they are outweighed by the benefits. I understand that Kathy’s requires all pets to be current on vaccinations and I understand that even when a dog's vaccines are current and verified - dogs may possibly pass an illness to one another.

If I notice my dog sick prior to boarding, I will not bring my dog to board, as it could potentially contaminate the playgroup and environment.
