Guidelines:

All digital advertisements must be for a Northeastern University affiliated event, student group or department.

Images must be clear and organised.

Upload your file with the correct aspect ratio (9:16, vertical). The managers of these screens are not responsible for resizing your image to fit their display, if it is incorrect it may not get posted. Please read carefully below and upload the correct file type with the dimensions of the screens you want to advertise on.

Use ONLY Northeastern University emails/websites, or official group emails on slides (if so desired).

Submit slides at least seven (7) business days before the event – slides will be installed within 48 hours of being received. We cannot guarantee slides will be posted for events happening within 48 of submitting.

The maximum time limit for an ad is three weeks prior to the event.
- PPTX and PDF files are not supported. Only JPEG, IMG, GIF, PNG & MOV files are accepted.
Suggestions:

Advertising is more effective with less content on the image; critical information includes name of sponsor, the name, date, time, and location of event. Please keep in mind small font is usually unreadable on digital displays as they are typically located high above the readers head.

If you would like to direct readers to another source where they can receive more information, include a website, telephone number, or email with contact name or office.

Content that violates Northeastern University policies, is incomplete, the violation community standards, or contains false advertising will be rejected.
