ISSI Event Proposal Request Form

Whether you're interested in co-hosting or co-sponsorship during the ISSI Carenvale season or throughout the academic year, we need to gather more information about your event.  Please take a little time to read this application carefully and answer the questions below.  
 
Funding:
While limited funds from the ISSI are available, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to contribute funds to this event, but may be able to help with other logistics and resources.  *The ISSI cannot guarantee that the funding allocated will equal the amount requested. Therefore, we encourage you to be creative and seek funding and sponsorship from more than one source.
 
Carnevale:
If you are submitting this form for Carnevale 2015, please note:
ISSI Event Proposals are due by 5:00PM, Monday, November 3.  Notifications will go out no later than Friday, November 7.

If you are seeking funding from both the ISSI and the SGA Funding Board, please follow these directions:
 
1.) Submit this completed application along with the electronic SAF Event Request Form  to Amy Wooldridge. 
 
2.) Please have your Program Manager in the Center for Student Involvement e-mail Amy Wooldridge (a.wooldridge@neu.edu) with electronic approval of your purposed event/activity. Your Program Manager must approve this completed application (Section A & B1).
