Rainbow Graduation

Rainbow Graduation is a festive and intimate end-of-year celebration to recognize graduating lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning (LGBTQA) seniors at Northeastern University and the positive impact they've had on campus. Use this form to nominate a member of the NU community who is deserving of an LGBTQAward.  We will honor the award recipients at the 3rd Annual Rainbow Graduation on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at 5:30 pm in 716 Columbus 6th floor. We look forward to celebrating with you!


The Distinguished Service Award recognizes a member of the faculty, staff, or student body for his/her/their significant and sustained contribution to the LGBTQA community on and off campus. His/her/their work with student organizations, in academia, in their day to day adminstrative work, or on co-op has improved the LGBTQA community.

The Ally Award recognizes a member of the faculty, staff, or student body for his/her/their outstanding support of the LGBTQA campus community through advocacy, serving on committees, or providing ally development.
The Catalyst Award recognizes a Northeastern student for his/her/their efforts to promote social justice on campus and in the broader community.  This student advocates for student rights and has helped to re-examine the policies and ideals impacting the LGBTQA population.
