HEAL is a psychoeducational support group for survivors of sexual assault. This group is offered in conjunction with OPEN’s Sexual Violence Resource Center.
Prescreening will begin the week on September 17th.

Anywhere on the Rainbow - LGBTQ+ Support Group

Come together with students who identify within the LGBTQIA2S+ community or are questioning their gender/sexuality to connect with others, honor a wide range of experiences, and celebrate the authentic you!

Determined, but Distracted is a psychoeducational and skills-based group for students whose efforts towards success can be disrupted by difficulties with focus, motivation, and/or organization, and associated emotional stress. This group is geared towards, but not exclusive to, students experiencing symptoms of ADHD. Pre-screening will begin the week of September 4, 2024.

Group two: October 24th through November 14th
Just Breathe! Gaining and developing positive coping strategies and tips on adjusting to college and campus life! This group is offered twice, 4 weeks for each series.
