Summer 2021 Groups

Breaking the Silence

Mondays, 3:00PM-4:00PM

A safe space created for students to be able to drop-in and process encounters involving racism as well as the intersection of these experiences with other "-isms" or "-phobias", including but not limited to xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia, classism, ableism, sexism, size-ism, religious prejudice, etc.

Grief and Loss Support Group

Mondays, 3:00PM - 4:00PM

This group will be held online and is available to Northeastern students in Massachusetts. More information coming soon. 


HEAL -This group is full for fall 2021. 

Tuesday, 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m., Starting October 2021

HEAL is a psychoeducational support group for students who have experienced sexual assault. The group is open to undergraduate and graduate students of all genders. 


Taking the Fear out of Food - This group is full for fall 2021. 

Wednesdays, 2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m., October 20th - December 8th
If you have noticed that thoughts about food and body image consume more of your time and energy than you would like, join us and learn skills for coping with the emotions that surround your relationship with food.

Coping through the Pandemic and Transitions: In-person Drop-in Support Group

Wednesdays, 3:00PM - 4:00PM

Let's talk! If you are experiencing stressful adjustment, isolation, loneliness or having other concerns for self in navigating life and school throughout the pandemic, you are welcome to drop in and connect to share, process, and learn ways to manage these challenging times. We are here to listen!!


International Student Support Group

Thursdays, 1:00PM - 2:00PM, September 15th through November 3rd  (8 sessions)

Join us in a safe and non-judgmental space to connect and share with each other to gain support for adjustment/transition challenges, cultural differences, social and communication challenges, as well as to explore connections and learn tips in navigating resources on- and off- campus.


Depression and Anxiety

Thursdays, 2:30 p.m. - 3:30pm, September 30th through November 18th

Find support, create personal change, and connect with others around managing depression and anxiety in a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental setting.
