Academic Interpreter Request Policy
You must notify the interpreter/CART coordinator at least two (2) full business days in advance if you will not be attending
or
if the event you have requested services for canceled or changed. Email the Interpreter/CART coordinator, Carrie Aldrich at
caldrich@niu.edu
with any information about event changes or an event cancellation.
If the event is canceled and you do not show up, it will be counted as a "No show, No call". Refer to the student guidelines or
DRC Procedures Manual
for more information.
If the event needs to be rescheduled, you must cancel the original request and fill out a new request online
