Include land area, size of the drainage basin, and relative elevation within basin, or leave blank and the selection team will do the analysis
Proposed site’s ability to advance racial equity and improve equitable park access
Describe the ways the stormwater park can advance racial equity, which could include improving access to parks, trails, and open space and supporting affordable housing development. Provide demographics of area, languages spoken, distance to nearest park, trail, and open space or the selection team will do the analysis.

Center designation
Indicate whether proposed location is in or within half a mile of an urban center or high-capacity transit station area or leave blank and the selection team will do the analysis. Location near a center is not required, however it will be given bonus points for supporting the Regional Growth Strategy.
Community Commitment and Additional Information
Community commitment/likelihood of implementation
Provide letter(s) demonstrating commitment to developing a stormwater park with recreational opportunities accessible to the public. One letter should come from an elected official, executive, or director who is able to commit to further implementation if feasibility and other project information supports moving forward.
