We appreciate your interest in our town celebration, Riverfest. This annual event is being held the week of Monday June, 3rd to Sunday, June 9th. There may be options this year for other events during the week as well. However, there will only be charges for Saturday June, 8th and Sunday June 9th. The cost will be $200 for 1-day or $250 for 2-days.

We are excited for the 41st year celebrating the Windom community and giving the opportunity to mobile food vendors to provide their services.

All food vendor applications will be reviewed. Spaces are limited on the square on Saturday. There is also an opportunity to be placed at the Softball Tournament on both Saturday and Sunday. If you would prefer that option, please let us know.

Please note: We require all food vendors on to carry liability insurance with the Windom Area Chamber of Commerce listed as an additional insured.

I/We, the Undersigned, do agree to operate under the rules sent forth by Windom Area Chamber of Commerce and Convention Visitors Bureau for the event Riverfest.

Included in those rules, but not limited to, shall be:
1. Location shall be at the discretion of committee.
2. All equipment, etc., for concession/booth must meet state and/or local codes, laws and rules and be provided by each vendor or organization.
3. The Windom Riverfest Committee, Windom Chamber, and CVB and/or City of Windom shall be held harmless from any harm or negligence.
4. A fee of $200 for just Saturday or Sunday, or $250 for both Saturday and Sunday must be paid in full before day of event. There is no additional charge for other days during the event week. (If you can't afford payment in full at one time, payment arrangements are available.)
5. The individual/organization shall leave exhibit place in such condition as found.
6. The individual/organization shall be responsible for applicable taxes, state food license, etc.
7. The dates are Saturday, June 8th on 9th Street along the town Square, and Sunday, June 9th at Island Park unless special requests are made or directed elsewhere by the Riverfest Committee.
8. Times open to the public run Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to approximatly 10:00 p.m., and Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Set up on Saturday needs to be completed by 8:00 a.m. and Sunday set up needs to be completed by 10:00 a.m.
