All fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed or the form will not be processed. Your inquiry will be screened for accuracy and clarity. We will contact you if more information is required. You must reference a specific standard and indicator you feel the school is not in compliance with; the standards and indicators are available in our Guidebook. Please note: anonymous, second-party, or frivolous submissions will be ignored. Upon receipt, confirmation, and verification of your inquiry, SAIS will give the school an opportunity to address the inquiry - this will NOT be anonymous. Records of the process may be placed into the school's accreditation file and may be made available to the accreditation visiting team chair on the next accreditation visit. We will contact you if more information is required, otherwise, it is likely that you will not hear from SAIS directly on this matter.
