This form collects ongoing session proposals for all SAIS programs.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be notified ONLY if your proposal is accepted.
While we are unable to respond to those that are not chosen, proposals stay on file for possible future selection.

The power of our association network resides in our willingness to share resources and knowledge. Both members and non-members are encouraged to propose sessions.

Please note that these are not vendor presentations. While presenting provides visibility to your organization, it must be appropriate for both clients and non-clients, be based on a body of evidence, and highlight your expertise rather than your product.

Please note:

The same proposal may not be submitted multiple times.

Presenters may not promote a product or service during their session.

Presenters are responsible for preparing materials to be distributed to attendees electronically. SAIS does not print handouts.

Presenters must submit an electronic version of a handout to be shared with attendees. This can include slide decks, checklists, sample forms/policies/frameworks, or other documents. 

SAIS will provide a projector with HDMI connection and screen in the session room. The presenter will use their own laptop and provide any other supplies participants may need. Additional audiovisual needs will be determined by SAIS staff pending the anticipated audience size.
