Governance Health Check

This SAIS Governance Health Check measures the commitment of both the board and the head to the five domains of governance.
Responses are given on a standard five-point Likert scale assessing the level of agreement or disagreement with each statement.
This survey is included with SAIS governance workshops or may be purchased separately for $175 forr SAIS members, $250 for non-member schools.

DEPLOYMENT

We recommend keeping the survey open for 14 days, with a reminder at the 10-day mark. Please take weekends into consideration, with deployment, reminder, and closing dates preferably scheduled on weekdays. After the survey closes, we will send you the results report within 10 days.
