SPEAKER GUIDELINES

Presenters must provide their own laptops, clickers, and HDMI adaptors (if needed). An LCD projector and screen will be provided. *

Handouts/resource materials will be available online; paper copies are not provided by SAIS. *

Vendor-led sessions must be presented in partnership with a member school leader. Session content delivery must be split 50/50. *

If I am a vendor/consultant, I understand that sessions are not the appropriate time for a sales pitch. The content I provide will be educational in nature, rather than an advertisement for my company. *

Travel expenses are not reimbursed and hotel rooms are not provided for breakout session speakers. *

Session days/times will be determined by SAIS staff. *

If selected as a speaker, I agree to complete the online conference registration form no later than September 1, 2018. I understand that I will receive a 25% speaker rebate on my registration fee after the conference. *
