Virtual Accreditation Workshop Request

Please complete the form below to schedule a virtual SAIS accreditation workshop. 

This workshop is engaging and focused on your school's needs and mission. Because of the interactive nature of the presentation, the workshop is best suited for a minimum group size of 6 and a maximum of 24 – and in a space that accommodates group work. We recommend that your school's senior leadership attend as well as all faculty/staff who are likely to be directly involved in the process. 

Cost: SAIS charges a flat fee of $550 per virtual workshop.

Cancellation Fee: Cancellations received after the workshop has been confirmed will incur a fee of $75.

ABOUT YOUR SCHOOL

The workshop contains several activities and works best with a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 24.
For virtual workshops, the SCHOOL will receive a webinar link. You can either host everyone together in the same room, or you can be in separate locations (up to 20 people can use the same link). If you host the group together in one room, you will need a computer, microphone, screen, projector, and speakers.

AGREEMENT

NOTE THAT BY SUBMITTING YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. That the school will provide the equipment and space as listed above for its participants.
2. That the school agrees to pay the workshop fee ($550).
3. That if the school CANCELS after confirming, thre is a $75 cancellation fee.
