If you seek to change accreditation dates within the semester of your visit, please work directly with the SAIS accreditation department. This form is only for requesting to delay a visit one or more semesters. The most common reason to delay a visit is to better align the school's strategic planning process with the accreditation visit as a result of a change in leadership. Regardless of delay, all schools are required to document compliance with SAIS standards of accreditation by the time of the original visit date.

I also understand that if approved, the school's term of accreditation will be extended as needed and the school is still required to document its compliance with SAIS standards for accreditation in the SAIS Accreditation Portal by the time the visit was orignially scheduled and failure to do so will jeopardize the school's accrediation.
