If you seek to change accreditation dates within the semester of your visit, please work directly with the SAIS accreditation department. This form is only for requesting to delay a visit one or more semesters. The most common reason to delay a visit is to better align the school's strategic planning process with the accreditation visit as a result of a change in leadership. Regardless of delay, all schools are required to document compliance with SAIS standards of accreditation by the time of the original visit date.
