Acknowledgement of Risk and Safety Procedures *

Participation in SAIS events signifies an attendee’s acknowledgement of infectious and other diseases and voluntary assumption of the risk of exposure or infection by attending the event. Attendees agree to comply with all guidelines and procedures, including distancing and/or masking, that may be implemented by SAIS, in accordance with recommendations from the CDC and other public health authorities.

Cancellation Policy *

Sponsorships are non-refundable.

Media Release *

Registration, attendance at, or participation in this event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to SAIS’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio of such events and activities.

Hold Harmless Clause *

The sponsor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of sponsor’s activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Hotel, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims. Sponsor hereby indemnifies and holds the association harmless from and against any and all claims, expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees), and liability whatsoever arising, directly or indirectly, out of sponsor’s actions or inaction at, or participation in, the event (including but not limited to any injury or damage which exhibitor may suffer as a result of sponsor’s participation in the program).

Sponsor agrees to not schedule any hosted event during the stated program times as provided by association.
Please note the designated set-up time. Early set-up will incur an additional $200 fee.
Submitting this agreement indicates firm commitment as an sponsor for the event in accordance with the corresponding fees.
The association and sponsor agree that the activities contemplated by this agreement have a specific and limited scope and that nothing in this agreement construes/implies the association's approval, endorsement, or referral of any sponsor product or service.
Sponsor agrees to comply with all event-related deadlines provided by the association.
The association will provide appropriate acknowledgement and recognition of the sponsor as specified in the benefits listing.
The association does not guarantee attendance numbers at the event.
Sponsor acknowledges and agrees that the association can deny sponsor's application at any time for any reason at its sole discretion.
Sponsor acknowledges and agrees that the association can terminate this agreement at any time for any reason at its sole discretion.
By executing this agreement, sponsor hereby grants to the association the limited right to use the sponsor's name and logo(s).
The only permissible uses of any association or sponsor proprietary property, such as names, trademarks, service marks, logos, or copyrights are as stated in this agreement and any further use requires the prior written approval of the owner of such property.
