Coaching: Finding Your Fit

Sunday, October 22
2:00-4:00 PM
Atlanta, GA

This workshop will take place in conjunction with the SAIS Annual Conference.

Leadership coaching, executive coaching, life coaching, presence-based coaching, career coaching, organizational coaching, and group vs individual coaching.... the list goes on and on. So how do you discern if coaching is right for you, for the people who report to you, or for your team?

In this workshop, we will explore the different approaches to coaching to help school leaders consider the ways coaching can further growth and quality of performance for themselves and for the people they support. In addition to providing information and descriptions of a range of coaching possibilities, we will provide group coaching within the session to give participants a real-time experience of how coaching can enrich and deepen our capacity for leading.

REGISTRATION FEE: $50 per person
