Registration Information:

The registration fee includes program materials and planned meals. Click here to view the program schedule. Hotel accommodations are paid separately by attendees. To reserve your place in the program, submit the online registration form with payment before April 5, 2024. 

Registration fee: 
$2,490 before April 5, 2024; $2,690 after April 5, 2024*

Hotel Accommodations:

Hotel accommodations are booked for you at the host hotel, DoubleTree by Hilton O’Hare - Rosemont, on a first-come, first-served basis, upon payment of the meeting registration fee. The room rate is $195, plus applicable taxes. 

*Cancellations must be received in writing. In the event of a cancellation before March 15, 2024, tuition is refundable. For cancellations from March 15 - April 5, 2024, there will be a $300 cancellation fee. If canceled after April 5, 2024, there will be no refund.

COVID POLICY - ATTENDEES AT SMACNA EVENTS
If you experience symptoms of COVID-19 while attending a SMACNA Event, please be tested for COVID-19. Please notify SMACNA staff, John Franco (telephone: 703-995-4023; email: jfranco@smacna.org) or Kristin De Guzman (telephone: 703-803-2983; email: kdeguzman@smacna.org), of any positive test results you receive while attending the SMACNA event. SMACNA will take appropriate steps, consistent with any applicable local, state or federal guidance to promote a safe environment for attendees.

The room rate is $195, plus applicable taxes. The hotel cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to the date of arrival. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged one night's stay.

Attendees registering with the room block discount will have accommodations made on their behalf by SMACNA at the program host hotel, DoubleTree by Hilton O’Hare - Rosemont, on a space-available basis, upon payment of the meeting registration fee. A credit card is required to guarantee your hotel reservation and must be presented at check-in for payment of your room, tax, and incidental charges.

Please note that the room block is sometimes filled before the room cut-off date, therefore rooms are subject to availability, and a possible rate change. If you have requested to extend your stay beyond the dates of the program, additional room nights are based upon availability authorized by the hotel. SMACNA will contact you if the room block is full, or if there has been a rate change.
