Registration Information:

The registration fee includes program materials, breakfast, and lunch each day. Hotel accommodations are paid separately by attendees. To reserve your place in the program, submit the online registration form with payment before January 31, 2025. 

SMACNA Member Registration fee: 
$2,350 before January 17, 2025; $2,550 on or after January 17, 2025

Non-Member Signatory Contractor Registration Fee:

$2,450 before January 17, 2025; $2,650 after January 17, 2025

*Program is limited to three (3) attendees per member company. 

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that things happen; if you need to cancel, please notify us at events@smacna.org.  In the event of a cancellation before January 31, 2025, the registration fee is refundable. For cancellations from Feb. 1-14, 2025, there will be a $300 cancellation fee. If canceled after February 14, 2025, there will be no refund.

Registration substitutions may be made at any time. If you cannot attend but someone from your organization can come in your place, please notify us in writing via email at events@smacna.org.

Attendees registering with a hotel room will have hotel accommodations made on their behalf on a space-available basis upon payment of the meeting registration fee. Please note that the room block is sometimes filled before the cut-off date; therefore, rooms are subject to availability and a possible rate change. If you have requested to extend your stay beyond the program dates, or have requested an additional room, please note that additional room nights are based upon availability authorized by the hotel. The SMACNA Meetings Department will contact you if the room block is full or if there has been a rate change.

Attendees pay separately for hotel accommodations. A credit card must be presented at check-in to pay for the room, tax, and incidental charges.

Room Rate: $159, plus taxes and fees
The hotel cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to the date of arrival. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged one night's stay.
