Registration Information:
The registration fee includes program materials, breakfast, and lunch each day. Accommodations are paid separately by attendees. To reserve your place in the program, submit the online registration form with payment no later than August 31, 2023.
Registration fee:
$1,885 before August 31, 2023; $2,085 after August 31, 2023*
*Additional registrants from the same company will receive a $200 discount which will be applied upon verification of the second registrant's application.
Hotel Accommodations:
Hotel accommodations are booked for you at the host hotel, DoubleTree by Hilton O'Hare - Rosemont, on a first-come, first-served basis, upon payment of the meeting registration fee. The room rate is $179, plus applicable taxes.
*Cancellations must be received in writing. In the event of a cancellation before August 31, 2023, tuition is refundable. For cancellations from September 1-10, 2023, there will be a $300 cancellation fee. If canceled after September 10, 2023, there will be no refund.
**In the event that you experience symptoms of COVID-19 while attending a SMACNA event or within 5 days of attending a SMACNA event, please be tested for COVID-19.
