Currently 90% of all Court Judgments are written off or ignored by landlords, allowing delinquents tenants to continue to take advantage of other innocent landlords nationwide.  As a landlord myself, I commend you in taking the necessary steps in (A) enforcing your Court Judgment and (B) reporting your tenant(s) to the 3 Credit Bureaus, thus making it very difficult for them to rent again or purchase a home.

Once we receive the questionnaire we will conduct a no-cost assessment of your judgment and asset search of your debtor (tenant). We will then contact you with the results and discuss the re-assignment process, our strategies and a realistic time frame to collect your judgment.
