These sites have their own return process. Therefore, you must open your return through those marketplaces.

Car Tow Dollies within 14 days of the date of delivery.

All Other Products within 30 days of the date of delivery.

Once the item has been inspected and processed, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method. If cash or a check was used to make the purchase, then a check will be issued and mailed to the billing address used on the order or can be picked up at a later date from our warehouse located at the above address.
I agree to repackage the product exactly as received. I understand that products are packaged a specific way to prevent damage during transit and that repacking as originally received will prevent damage upon return. *
