Online payment requests must be made at least five days prior to the end of the grace period in order to avoid late charges. The payment must be received no later than 3:00 pm EST the day of request, any payment received after this time is not guarenteed to be entered into the system the same day and may be entered the next business day. All payments received take two business days to process and will be effective as of the processing date, not the submission date, unless it is a future payment date that allows for two or more days, in which case the processing time may be less.
