Once registration forms have been completed and returned, and an invoice raised, cancellations will be charged in full and no automatic refunds given. If a colleague can take your place, please inform Conference Solutions of the name change immediately – no administration or extra charges will be applied. If your place is re-sold to another delegate, a full/part refund will be offered, depending on which elements of the package are re-sold. If you need to cancel due to a sincere reason that cannot be avoided, such as serious medical condition or bereavement, this will then be assessed on an individual basis by NAHFO committee, and a full/part refund may be offered depending on the circumstances.
