Welcome to the GRPS Data Request System.
All data requests must be submitted through this system. Please complete this form, providing a thorough and detailed account of the data request as this provides the GRPS internal review team with the information necessary to make a determination. The request will be reviewed against the following criteria:
1) Quality of methodology (does not compromise the private or confidential nature of the data)
2) Value/relevance of the request to GRPS
3) Cost in terms of staff time
Within 30 days of submitting a request for data, you will be informed of GRPS's determination. If the request is approved, a data sharing agreement will be established.
The time frame to complete most data requests is 30 days. More complicated requests may take more time, and fulfillment of some requests may depend on the availability of data.
