Use this form to request a list of youth award recipients from your Service Unit, and/or notify Council about a troop or service unit hosted award ceremony (if you would like to request Council staff presence or recognition). Please submit 2-weeks in advance of when you need materials or information.

Volunteer Run Award Ceremony Event Notification

Some Troops or Service Units host their own awards ceremonies throughout the year. Please let us know if you are hosting one, and if you would like to request anything from Council (such as staff presence, a special material, etc). Please be advised that we would like to support in any way we can, but we are not able to promise or guarantee staff presence or specific materials. We will follow up with you upon receipt of this form about what is possible.
